Message	I bid on a set of Blitz 03's on Ebay. As of now I'm winning, but several people have sent unsolicited emails claiming to have the exact same wheels for hundreds less! Only one person would agree to ship COD and she says she is from Italy! Has anyone else here gone through with this type of transaction? This sounds too good to be true.
